Aimee is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in emergency medical services, acute care nursing, long term care, education, and veteran affairs. She earned her Associated and Bachelor’s right here in Idaho at North Idaho College and Lewis-Clark State. She then went on to achieve her Master of Science in Nursing from Bradley University and has spent her career caring for patients across a wide range of settings.
Her journey into healthcare began at the University of Montana, where she initially pursued a pre-med path as a dance major. After an injury ended her dancing career, Aimee experienced firsthand the profound impact that compassionate, attentive nurses can have during difficult moments. That experience inspired her to become a nurse, with the goal of providing whole-person care and truly being present for her patients.
While pursuing her nursing education, Aimee worked as an EMT for the Spokane Indian Reservation, gaining valuable frontline experience. She has since built a well-rounded career spanning long-term care, acute care (including work on a stroke unit), leadership roles, veteran affairs, and education. In recognition of her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, Aimee was honored as a DAISY Award recipient, an award that celebrates nurses who go above and beyond in delivering exceptional care.
She is especially passionate about teaching and served as an allied health instructor at Spokane Community College for several years, where she enjoyed mentoring and shaping future healthcare professionals.
Aimee is also passionate about primary care and believes in treating the whole person—not just the diagnosis. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health.
Outside of the clinic, Aimee is a proud new mom to her daughter, Joslynne, and is embracing the joyful (and sometimes sleepless) adventures of motherhood. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling back to Montana, and cheering on her beloved Griz football team—Go Griz! Aimee is also an avid reader, often juggling both an audiobook and a paperback at the same time, and dreams of having a personal library in her home one day. Aimee feels grateful to serve the community she calls home and looks forward to partnering with her patients on their health journeys
